Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BigFATPhids. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Domestic Shipping Only We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Carriers We ship via UPS and USPS. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.

Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Large or bulk orders may require 3–4 business days to process. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. No free shipping threshold is currently offered.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through UPS or USPS.
