Shipping Terms & Expectations
- FedEx shipping only
- We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays at 2 PM Mountain Time
- Next shipment goes out Monday April 13th
- Orders must be placed before 2 PM MT on a shipping day to go out that day
- Orders placed after 2 PM MT will ship on the next available Monday or Tuesday
Live Arrival Policy
We take great pride in our packaging and almost always achieve 100% live arrival.
Every order includes extra feeders (spikes) to cover minor losses — a few dead feeders are normal and covered by the extras included.
We do NOT replace orders for a few dead spikes.
Replacements are ONLY issued if the order arrives more than 2 days late AND feeders are dead as a result of the delay.
Customers MUST photograph any dead feeders upon arrival as documentation to qualify for a replacement claim.

FedEx provides the most reliable live delivery for feeder insects.
If your order arrives more than 2 days late and feeders are dead, contact us with photos for a replacement.
We almost always achieve 100% live arrival. Extras are included for minor losses. Replacements only for orders 2+ days late with photo documentation.
A few dead feeders are normal in live insect shipping. That's why we include extras. We do not replace for minor losses.
